Advent Giving Tree

We will have the Advent Giving Tree once again this year. We ask that if you know of any school family, or family registered as a parishioner in St. Francis Parish who could use some help at Christmas, please come forward by Monday, October 30, and let the committee know.

You may submit a name sealed in an envelope and bring it to the Parish Office. Or you may call Pat Holbrook, 217-257-2570 or Mary Ann Cornwell, 217-430-0528. Parishioners also are encouraged to come forward and ask our faith community for assistance with a self referral if needed. Please call Pat Holbrook or Mary Ann Cornwell with these requests as well.

This program is parishioners helping our own parish family. This year we would like to include parishioners residing in nursing homes, so you will see some different requests on the tags this year.

There will be many opportunities to donate this season for community outreach as well. Please do not feel that you have to give to each request but choose the ones that you prefer.
