Solider Christmas Donation

For those students who contributed to the Solider Christmas Donation, you will be given an out of dress code day on Friday, December 7th.  Students should check with their teacher to make sure they are on the list. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.


Christmas Ornaments

The 8th grade is selling ornaments as part as a fundraiser for their trip in May. They are gold with a brown logo and year.  Each ornament is $6.00. Limited quantities.  Please call the school office if you would like to see a sample or purchase one. Ornaments sold after Masses. Thank you for your support!


Thanks Illinois School Supply

Thank you, Paul, for your donation of brown paper and packing tape for our boxes to send to the troops overseas.  We greatly appreciate all you do for our school!


Lunch / After Care

Bills for these accounts are emailed or given out each month.  These are two different accounts in our system.  These bills must be paid separately and not combined into one check. The office does not have any way to divide these bills. Thank you for your understanding.  All lunch bills should be at a positive balance by the Christmas break.  If you need a balance, please call the school office. Thank you.


School Store

Special Event Monies

(skating, field trips, etc.) Please give exact change when paying for these events, the office does not have the option of giving back change.  Thank you for your cooperation.


Daycare Position Opening

St. Francis Solanus has an opening in our Before and After School Daycare.  The candidate must have a balanced personality, love children, and be willing to have flexible hours.  If hired, the applicant will need a background and fingerprint check, and complete the Protecting God’s Children Program.  If interested, please send resumes to St. Francis School, 1720 College Avenue, Quincy, Illinois, 62301, or email Lori Shepard at [email protected]


Playground Duty

This list is printed on the back of each lunch menu.  If you cannot make your “shift” please find a sub, or pay the $10 for the sub and let the office know as soon as possible.  Up to 6 volunteers are needed daily.  Thank you for your help.


Papa Murphy Coupon Cards

These cards are for sale in the school office if anyone is interested in purchasing one.  They are $5.00 each and have 8 peel-off coupons. 8th grade Thanks you.


Yearbooks

Yearbooks are for sale until March 22, 2019.  Order forms are in the office. Please note, yearbooks are sold separately from picture orders. They are $12.00 each.  They can be purchased on line through LifeTouch.

  • December 13th: Christmas Program at church at 6:30 p.m.
  • December 13th & 14th:  Kiddie Bazaar in Game Room
  • December 21st: full day of school with bus service
  • December 21st : Classroom Christmas parties 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
